Safety Protocols

We continue to uphold our already high standards of cleanliness, and are adding several new measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and Kao Employees.

Ensure you are following and maintaining your state Government guidelines at all times. Subject to change, we recommend visiting your local Government website/s for the most updated regulations:

• Adhere and follow the state guidelines regarding masks. Masks are available at all locations. – TBC based on Country Government guidelines. State road maps.
• Hand sanitizer available throughout Kao locations and encouraged for regular use.
• Kao employees are dedicated to sanitizing our stations, flat surfaces, restrooms and community areas regularly throughout the day. In addition, we will continue with our routine weekly and daily cleaning/laundry services.
• Kao will be following local government guidelines and changes, when and where specified.
• We promote social distancing and elbow welcomings
• We encourage our guests to only bring essential items into the Academy, phone, keys, styling kit, and essential personal items as well as salon tools. Please ensure you disinfect and wipe these prior to your visit. We do provide and encourage the use of disinfectant wipes of those personal items where possible during your time with us.
• We require anyone displaying symptoms of COVID or sickness to stay home following local government guidelines. We are dedicated to not only the well-being of our guests, but also the safety and protection of our team members.
• We will continue to identify additional solutions toward creating a safe and comfortable environment within all of our locations in accordance with any government mandates. Please feel free to let us know what we can do to make your visit comfortable.
